The hotel has a total of 29 rooms, all of which have private bathroom, air-conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, satellite television, safe, mini-fridge and central heating. We also have rooms detached from the main building, these are situated in the garden area and also with a loft. Some of these, within a short distance of the pool. Breakfast: Buffet style "continental" breakfast with choices of espresso and "american" style coffe, caffè-latte, cappucino, croissants. youghurts, choice of cereals and muesli, fruit juices, bread, freshly sliced cold meat and cheese, biscuits, and canned fruits. You may choose to have your breakfast brought to your room at no additional cost. »

Between the Tuscan hills, in a little sixteenth-century village, at eight Km. from San Gimignano, in the middle of the nature, the silence and the art, has borned "IL Casolare di Libbiano". The owners, Berta and Andrea, have restored this farmhouse respecting completely the architecture and atmosphere. The decoration with antique furniture, restored by Andrea that always has loved this art, the original paintings and the littles objects collection, that you can find everywhere, gives the house the charm and the personal ambience that allow to refind the quiet dialogue that everyone could have with the art. Berta and Andrea's wish is to create a simply and elegant ambience helping to feel "home away from home" atmosphere for guests. For this reason they have restored a farmhouse with five doublerooms with private bathroom and two suites with private bathroom, livingroom and terrace, very pleasants and all of them with the view to the Tuscany countryside. »

We have 4 houses which we rent as Bed&Breakfast or also as apartments (26 bedrooms with bath and 9 apartments from 2 to 8 persons). Each house has its own swimming pool 7x14 mt and all 4 are in the same hill at 400/500 mt far each other.
